What We Look For
We invest in established businesses with a history of strong profit and cash flow. We look for businesses with repeat buying patterns in the customer base and stable growth. Typically, the businesses we invest in have $1-$5m in annual revenues, but we can be responsive above and below that range.
Industries We Focus On
We focus on industries where customers regularly need the products or services delivered: business services, light industrial/ manufacturing and distribution.
Ways We Partner
We provide capital to small businesses but each situation is unique. Sometimes we’re minority equity investors in the case of a business expansion. Sometimes we’re providing founders liquidity as part of an ownership transition. Sometimes our relationship is as a lender in the case of a geographic expansion.
